Refund and Returns Policy

At tskemarket we believe in creating an excellent shopping experience which is hassle free to our customers. However, we understand that at times things can go wrong and we will best endeavour to put things right when things do go wrong.

How can I get a refund?

Don’t worry, we offer you a hassle-free refund, if you cancelled your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. The relevant refund will be credited to your selected payment method within 3 working days of your cancellation.

How can I return an item?

Don’t worry, if you want to return any damaged or unusable item, please get in touch with our customer service team in the first instance.
Following a delivery, if you have noticed any issue with the package, please contact our customer services team within 2 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Change of mind

Changed your mind about an item? You’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition and within 5 days of receipt. The customer would need to pay for the delivery charges to return the goods.
